Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs

Filing and Organization: Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible
File Auditing: Conduct regular audits of employee files to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Training Tracking: Monitor and document employee training programs, ensuring all training records are current and complete

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for maintaining and organizing employee records, auditing files, tracking background studies, and monitoring employee training programs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR department.

Experience/Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
