Job description
Carpenter Multi required - domestic property repairs. Brief overview of Responsibilities:
• Undertaking response maintenance repairs in social housing properties.
• This will include general response repairs / reactive maintenance
• Daily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, patch plastering, decorating.
• Customer facing role.
• Jobs will be around the SO postcode area.

Requirements
• Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
• Full tool set
• Full driving licence due to a company van being provided
