Accounting Manager

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities
Proficiency in GAAP and accounting processes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite; experience with financial management tools such as QBO is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:

CPA certification or equivalent is preferred
Experience in consulting or public accounting firms is a plus
Familiarity with client management and relationship-building skills
