Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Professional located in Jaipur. The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone, email and in-person. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• 1-2 years of experience in voice process (preferred, not mandatory)
• Fluency in English and Hindi Language
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
