Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to join a growing SME?

Salary - Up to £58k + Benefits

Hybrid working - 3 days per week on site in the office based in South Staffordshire.

Reporting into the COO, and working with the Senior Leadership team you will be joining the organisation at a time of growth. As well as reviewing current policies and processes, as HR Business Partner you will provide a proactive HR approach to develop talent, engagement and development, as well as ensuring the building blocks are in place for this growing SME.

CIPD qualified, or equivalent, you will have a breadth of HR generalist experience, ideally within the tech/ IT sector and have the ability to influence Senior stakeholders.
