Your new company You will be working for an organisation in Southampton currently undergoing a period of growth and would like to add a finance administrator to their administration team. Your new role Payment Processing: Enter payments provided by the administration team, ensuring deadlines are met and payments are accurate. Banking Proficiency: Use various banking platforms to manage payments and accounts. Cash Management: Handle daily cash tasks across multiple bank accounts, understanding billing, cash collection, formatting, and systems. Process Improvement: Review and suggest improvements for the finance process Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Template Creation: Create templates for regular suppliers and investors. What you'll need to succeed Full right-to-work in the UK, with prior experience working in an administration or finance role in the UK Computer-literate, with good excel and spreadsheet skills Organisational and time management skills are essential.
