Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in interior site supervision

• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, fabrication, false ceiling, and civil works

• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

Roles And Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities on interior design project sites

• Ensure that projects are executed according to the approved designs, specifications, and timelines

• Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and vendors

• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

• Implement and enforce project guidelines and safety regulations

• Collaborate with the design team to resolve any on-site issues or changes

• Provide regular progress reports to the project manager
