What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Support Operations Managers on multiple program itineraries across various product lines
• Liaise with the Customer Service team to address participants’ program questions and requests
• Ensure program materials are completed accurately and on time while following all procedures
• Arrange and confirm logistics such as hotel accommodations, field trips, and meals
• Analyze enrollments and space allotments to optimize program capacity

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 1-2 years of administrative or relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment
