Warehouse Cold Chain Supervisor

Keeping the warehouse running like a well-oiled machine! Your Role
This role is an additional line of responsibility/reporting structure within the warehouse department and to assist the warehouse manager with all of the company’s warehousing needs. Your Responsibilities
• Challenge without conflict, any behaviour by your colleagues / contractors or 3rd parties which would constitute an unsafe act / unsafe condition.
• Participate in and actively encourage & promote the importance of reporting near miss and safety concerns aiming for a zero-accident record.
• Uphold of all company rules / policies in relation to QSHE matters.
• Charging & programming of QuickSTAT’s Liquid Nitrogen shippers.
• Charging, programming & activation of QuickSTAT’s GPS tracker inventory.
• Work in collaboration with global Quickstat facilities & Global Inventory Group to determine available stock for transfer to Quick & Logistics Service Partner facilities.
• Work in conjunction with related departments and line manager to resolve identified discrepancies / queries.
• Overseeing daily internal department checks and procedures, ensuring processes are being carried out in compliance with health & safety standards as well as detailed within trained SOP documents.

• Holding & supporting team meetings
• Non-conformance report writing
• Excellent time management and communication
• Good computer skills ie: Outlook and data entry
• Ability to work successfully under
pressure.
• Identify cost saving opportunities.
• Problem-solving
