Self-hosted PostgreSQL database in AWS, Azure, and GCP, and later perhaps cloud-native such as RDS
Functions: deployment, support, replication, backup, monitoring, upgrades, query optimization, scaling, integration with components EpiTrax (Java), EMSA (PHP), Disease Reporting Portal (Ruby on Rails), and other smaller ones
