Job Role:

• Tech Architecture: Develop and implement high-level architectural designs in line with the organization's goals, leading to robust, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions.

• Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they adhere to best practices.

• Roadmap and Sprint Planning: Facilitate the planning and execution of backend development sprints in an Agile Scrum environment.

• Devops: Use CI/CD pipelines, database systems, alerts and monitoring

• Code Guidelines and Reviews: Establish coding standards and conduct regular code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality and secure applications.

• Security Audit and Implementation: Conduct security audits and oversee the implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.

• Client Communication: Ensure the understanding of functionalities and transform in to best feasible technical solution

Desired Skills:

• Hands-on experience in PHP - Laravel framework with Vue Js (preferably VUE 3). Expertise in Other programming languages (like Node Js, React Js, preferred)

• Experience in developing and deploying complex solutions

• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience with CI/CD processes

• A strategic thinker with a vision for technical innovation and growth, applying skills where they yield the greatest impact.

• Experience with Git
