Qualifications
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Spanish
Able to operate a multi-line telephone system
Must be computer literate with extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs
High school degree or equivalent required
Polite, responsible, outgoing, punctual, always on time, resourceful, very accurate and detail-oriented
Flexible as to work schedule
Must be available to work on weekends, holidays & in emergencies
Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member
Must enjoy teamwork

Answer phones
Make the best first impression & provide effective customer service
Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests
Interact with the residents & greet incoming visitors
Direct visitors to proper locations
Be attentive to surroundings and help as necessary
Provide clerical support for the administrative staff
Answer phones with proper phone etiquette & direct all calls in a polite & friendly manner to the appropriate person
Monitor the doors as to incoming & outgoing persons
Maintain lobby area in an orderly manner, free from clutter at all times
Report unusual incidents to management

• Answer phones.
• Make the best first impression & provide effective customer service.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
• Interact with the residents & greet incoming visitors. Direct visitors to proper locations.
• Be attentive to surroundings and help as necessary.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Answer phones with proper phone etiquette & direct all calls in a polite & friendly manner to the appropriate person.

• Previous experience in work involving public contact such as customer service, is desirable.
