About the opportunity

About the company:

Jain Law Chambers is hiring interns to assist with legal work handled by the chamber. The internship will involve working closely with Ajay Jain, Central Government Counsel, and Jinendra Jain, Advocate-On-Record at the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi.

Eligibility:
• Strong drafting, English command, and research skills
• Excellent writing and analytical abilities
• Effective communication skills with clients

Position: Assistant Professor (Corporate Law)

Qualification: Ph.D. (Mandatory), LL.M (Corporate Law), LL.B

Key Responsibilities:
Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner.
Should have proper knowledge of using visual/audio means of teaching-learning.
Excellent research, writing, interpersonal skills and interested in publishing articles.
Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
A good record of attending and convening conferences, Moot courts and academic events.
Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
Maintain accurate record of students academic standing; promptly provide final grades, attendance, and other information as required by administration.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience after Ph.D.
