Job Title: Video Editing Lead (Manager)

Location: Remote (Contract basis)

Pay Range: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000/month

We are a dynamic and growing creative agency specializing in producing engaging video content for YouTube, Snapchat and other businesses. Our team is looking for a talented Video Editing Lead to manage and inspire a group of video editors, ensuring our videos stand out with innovative techniques and exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 6-10 video editors, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee and review 80-100 videos per week, each ranging from 10-25 minutes, for quality control, content alignment, and consistency.
- Introduce and implement new editing techniques to elevate the overall production value of our videos.
- Troubleshoot creative challenges and provide solutions for the editing team.
- Ensure that all videos maintain a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of video editing experience, mainly working with automation channels on celebrity and crime topics.
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Davinci Resolve, etc...).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to enhance video content through creative editing techniques.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Proven experience managing a team, with the ability to guide and inspire others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to guide team members through creative and technical challenges.
