Clairmont Place is a condominium association for independent retired adults and you will work as part of a team of housekeepers that provide bi-weekly home cleaning services to our condo residents, in addition to cleaning common areas in our business building. Must be able to operate with kindness, integrity and courtesy, able to manage your own time, working efficiently, while respecting your teammates and working towards a mutual goal. Must be able to pass a drug and background check - do not apply if you can't. Minimum of 2 years of experience. POSITION: Housekeeper IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Housekeeping Supervisor STATUS: Non-Exempt / Hourly SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for cleaning resident's apartments and including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchen and changing beds. You should be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds or more and have an eye for cleanliness. QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED • Must successfully clear a background check and drug screen • Ability to manage your time efficiently. • Work well unsupervised. • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more. • Handle basic maintenance and cleaning. • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with residents. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained. • Clean resident's condos. • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. • Clean and stock restrooms. • Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. • Notify managers of necessary repairs. • Collect and dispose of trash.
