Client Relations Representative | Remote Work

Job Description:

HealthifyMe is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Resilient and energetic personality traits
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
