Equipment repair technician

Description

Principle Responsibilities

Processes and distributes equipment.Checks in new equipment.Cleans equipment upon return.Tests equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.

Applies asset tags.Maintain stock levels and tracks equipment to ensure proper inventory.

Repairs equipment.Performs functional repairs.Orders and maintains parts inventory.Maintains stock levels for repair products in warehouse to avoid outages.

Job Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age with education and / or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2 to 5 years in Mechanical repair, medical equipment repair, background required

Physical Demands

Light Work :

Lifting weight Up to 20 lbs. occasionally, Up to 10 lbs. frequently
