Service Writer

We are looking for an experienced Service Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of service and repair work. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes.
• Maintain customer records in a computerized database.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all services rendered.
• Explain repair procedures to customers and answer questions about the services provided.
• Provide customers with information on warranties and other related services.
• Additional Earning potential Based on Company Performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:
• 8 hour shift

Work Days:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Preferred)
