Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a small development team
• Set the technical direction for projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate technical risks
• Participate in coding alongside your team
• Review code and give feedback
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
