Salary:

£27,000 - £37,000 DOE

A forward-thinking, communicative designer with a passion for crafting visually stunning, user-centric designs. You thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, and can balance aesthetics with functionality. As a key member of our team, you will lead projects, work with diverse clients, and have the opportunity to shape the creative direction of our agency.

Location:

We operate on a hybrid basis, with at least two days per week working with the team in our offices in Teddington in South West London, and the rest from wherever suits you best!

Your Role:
• Lead the creative direction and execution of web and advertising design projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client work.
• Ensure all designs are innovative, responsive, and accessible across devices.
• Drive creativity in our digital campaigns, producing visually compelling results.
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions, pushing boundaries of what’s possible.
