Location: Amritsar, Punjab (100% Travel Role)

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Associates to join our team. This role requires individuals who are passionate about business development, adept at using technology, and capable of building strong relationships with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

● Agent Identification & Onboarding: Identify potential agents who can represent our platform and onboard them to the Daltin AI Portal.

● Portal & Product Training: Provide comprehensive training to agents on how to use the Daltin AI Portal and educate them about our products and services.

● Weekly Reporting: Submit detailed weekly reports outlining activities, agent performance, and new business developments.

● Daily Agent Meetings: Conduct a minimum of 5 meetings with agents daily to ensure they are aligned with our goals and understand the benefits of our platform.

● Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and expanding our agent network.

● Social Media Management: Post daily updates on social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, to promote our portal and engage with the target audience.

● Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and strategies to ensure our portal remains competitive and attractive to agents.

● Target Achievement: This is a target-based role where specific targets will be assigned after the completion of training.

● Student Enrollments: Earn high incentives for successful student enrollments driven through your efforts.

Qualifications:

● Education: Minimum of a graduate degree. A postgraduate qualification is a bonus.

● Technical Skills: Must be technically sound with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

● Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.

● Personality: Must possess a well-groomed personality and the ability to present themselves professionally.

Requirements:

● Travel: This is a 100% travel job; candidates must be willing and able to travel extensively.

● Freshers Welcome: Fresh graduates with a strong drive for business development are encouraged to apply.
