Interested candidates must have solid customer skills and be able to demonstrate patience and empathy over the phone. Customer Service Representatives answer approximately 80-+0 inbound calls/day regarding the status of customer applications. Customer Service Representatives will also be trained in the process to qualify customers for the program.
