Senior Product Manager

8+ years' experience in the product space with experience in consumer lending (mortgage, auto, personal lending and commercial products preferred).
Knowledge of lending origination platforms, lending assessment processes and the NZ or AU legislative landscape would be advantageous.
Ability to think strategically, embrace change and the opportunity change presents, with an adaptable mindset.
Experience in presenting recommendations and facilitating sessions with key stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Be masterful at multi-tasking and keeping pace a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Excellent work ethic and self-motivated, with interests in ongoing personal development.
Advanced presentation skills to convey key information and outcomes to key stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to constructively manage difficult conversations when needed.
