Software Engineering Team Lead

Job Description:

Looking for a talented full stack developer who is proficient in Java/ JavaScript. Your primary focus will be developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known workflows. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. You will work in modern enterprise web stack with a growing development team.

Qualification:

B-Tech (CSE or IT)/ MCA with minimum 60% marks throughout academic standard.

Experience: 5+ Years

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge of Core Java, JSP, Servlets and Database.  Knowledge of java frameworks such as spring, Hibernate.  Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)  Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)  Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design  Experience developing desktop and mobile applications  Familiarity with common stacks  Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (SOAP & REST).

Responsibilities:
• To work closely with stakeholders and to lead and provide guidance to offshore JAVA development team to complete assigned development project following coding practice/guideline/ standard.
• To actively participate in hands-on coding if deemed necessary.
• To ensure delivery deadlines are met and delays are documented with proper justification.
• To determine solution changes and assess potential risks ahead of time, highlight them to Management and oversee mitigation.
• To provide oversight and ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• To setup processes / working models, facilitate meetings and ensure consistent documentation.
• To prepare Project reports and report project status to Management.
• To organize and drive Stakeholder meetings, stand up calls etc. wherever required.
