Job description
Job Title: Social Media Fashion Content Creator

Company: The Silk Road Paris
Location: Remote (Preferably based in metropolitan cities like Mumbai or Delhi)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Freelance

About Us:
The Silk Road Paris is an online retail fashion store based in Paris ( www.tsrparis.com), curating the best emerging designers from around the world. We are passionate about bringing unique and contemporary fashion to global audiences, and we are looking for a talented Social Media Community Manager to join our growing team. (@thesilkroadparis)

Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation and management of engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our social media community by interacting with followers, addressing queries, and fostering a positive brand image.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep our platforms relevant and fresh.
• Plan and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, growth, and customer retention.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics across platforms on monthly basis.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• Have education or working background in fashion.
• Proven experience in fashion social media content creation and management only.
• Able to create content themselves on socials and be comfortable in front of camera.
• Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends internationally and how to leverage them.

Preferred Qualifications (a Plus):
• Familiarity with photo and video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Residing in metropolitan areas such as Mumbai or Delhi.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
