About role:
• Create innovative and fashion-forward designs for our brands.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and adapt them to our brand's aesthetic.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, sketches, and mood boards.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Select fabrics, colors, and trims, and work on pattern development.
• Oversee the fitting and adjustments of samples to ensure high-quality execution.
• Present design ideas to management and stakeholders for feedback.
• Maintain the brand’s unique identity while pushing the boundaries of design innovation.
• Research and source sustainable materials and practices where possible.
• Assist in developing seasonal collections and capsule drops.

Key Skills:
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in luxury or streetwear.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and expertise.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and technical aspects of fashion.
• Strong trend analysis and creative skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
