Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You will work in various retail environments, promoting our non-profit clients and helping to raise awareness and support for their causes.

Responsibilities
• Engage with customers at retail locations and promote non-profit causes.
• Assist with setting up promotional displays and managing in-store events.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any inquiries.
• Drive sales and fundraising goals through direct customer interaction.
• Maintain an inviting in-store atmosphere to encourage customer engagement.

Requirements
• Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Must not have applied to T+-Specialist within the past 30 days.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
