Job Responsibilities :
• Reviewing Hindi Content :
• Timely and accurately review Hindi text, audio, and other forms of content following specified operating procedures and standards.
• Content Moderation :
• Collect, organize, and summarize user-generated inappropriate content from the Hindi-speaking region, optimizing moderation standards.
• User Feedback and Collaboration :
• Gather feedback from Hindi-speaking game users, collaborate effectively with customer service and public relations teams, and continuously improve the game’s social environment.
• User Support :
• Address daily inquiries and issues faced by Hindi-speaking users online, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to player queries and overall player satisfaction.
• Feedback and Suggestions :
• Collect, summarize, and provide feedback on user issues and suggestions from the Hindi-speaking region.
• Collaboration with Operations and Product Teams :
• Work closely with operations and product teams to maintain positive user relationships.
Qualifications :
• Language Skills :
• Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Familiarity with Hindi customs and habits, with the ability to communicate in fluent English or Chinese.
• Experience and Skills :
• Prior relevant experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for the gaming industry, strong user service awareness, and the ability to quickly resolve issues.
• Personal Attributes :
• Strong sense of responsibility, team-oriented, proactive, optimistic, and adaptable to work arrangements

Role: Salesforce Health Cloud Developer
Position: Contract
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Remote
Client location: US (EST Time zone)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and business needs.
• Utilize your expertise in either Health Cloud, Insurance Cloud, or OmniStudio to drive project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, and incorporate them into solutions.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proven experience with Health Cloud, Insurance Cloud, or OmniStudio.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
•Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited preferred
