Apprenticeship Coach - Mechanical Engineering. £36,400 starting salary, permanent position, field based/WFH. Location, Lyneham, Wiltshire. Pension & enhanced leave allowance available.

Required experience:

Essential
• Considerable experience in all or one of the following - mechanical/electrical/electronic
• Level 3 Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the support and delivery of Apprenticeship Programmes
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an appropriate industry environment

Desirable
• Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment

My client is a large and rapidly expanding global Defence company looking for an Apprenticeship Coach to contribute towards the achievement of apprenticeship program targets through the delivering, assessing and/or monitoring Standards.
