Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Performance Marketer with a proven track record in scaling online coaching businesses to multiple 7 figures with efficient ad spend. You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ads, optimizing our sales funnels, and running high-converting webinar and VSL (Video Sales Letter) campaigns. If you’ve helped online coaches achieve massive growth with data-driven ad strategies, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns focused on driving conversions for high-ticket online fitness coaching programs.
• Design and execute webinar sales campaigns and VSL funnels to attract and convert high-value leads.
• Manage and scale paid ad campaigns while ensuring a healthy ROAS and minimizing ad spend.
• Analyze and interpret data from campaigns to continuously improve ad performance, customer acquisition cost, and overall funnel conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align ad strategies with brand messaging, content, and product launches.
• Run A/B testing and experiment with different creatives, messaging, and audience segmentation to maximize campaign performance.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new tools, and platform updates to stay ahead in the paid marketing landscape.

Requirements:
• Proven experience scaling online coaching businesses to 7-figures with a focus on high-ticket offers.
• Expertise in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with a strong grasp of tracking, attribution, and optimization.
• Skilled in creating and optimizing webinar and VSL funnels to convert cold traffic into clients.
• Strong understanding of high-ticket sales and customer journeys in the online coaching space.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make real-time adjustments to improve performance.
• Creative thinker with an eye for compelling ad copy and design that resonates with working professionals.
• Experience managing significant ad budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with additional platforms like YouTube Ads,
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, ClickFunnels, or similar.
