Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing and implementing automation control systems
Strong proficiency in Motion Controls, PLC, and HMI programming
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing, and maintaining automation control systems for our production lines
Design and develop automation control systems using Motion, PLC, HMI, and other relevant software
Perform installation, integration, and commissioning of automation control systems
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that automation control systems meet design specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation control systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation control systems meet project requirements and timelines
Provide technical support to production teams as needed

Automation Controls Engineer

Position Overview

Our company is seeking an experienced Automation Controls Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing, and maintaining automation control systems for our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop automation control systems using Motion, PLC, HMI, and other relevant software
• Perform installation, integration, and commissioning of automation control systems
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that automation control systems meet design specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation control systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation control systems meet project requirements and timelines
• Provide technical support to production teams as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing and implementing automation control systems
• Strong proficiency in Motion Controls, PLC, and HMI programming
• Experience with IEC 61131, Allen Bradley, and Cognex is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
