Warehouse Manager

Location: Crawley

Salary: Up to £45,000 +

Warehouse Manager / Logistics Manager / Operations Manager / Distributions Manager to join a logistics company based in Crawley.

The successful Warehouse Manager / Logistics Manager / Operations Manager / Distributions Manager will manage will lead and inspire teams in the warehouse to achieve agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Package

£40,000 - £45,000

Duties
• You will manage Warehouse Supervisors and Team Leaders, as well as have indirect responsibility
• Implement stock management strategies to control costs, improve order accuracy, and meet client KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, working towards a top-tier environment for employees.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture.
• Use monthly management reports to assess financial success.
• Take responsibility for all areas within the warehouse, making cost-based decisions aligned with growth strategy.

Requirements:
• Experience as a Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, Distribution Manager, or similar would be ideal.
• Proven track record in warehouse management, with strong experience in a Logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and proficiency in MS Office packages.
• Financial acumen with the ability to effectively manage warehousing costs.
• Commutable to Crawley.
