Program Manager Position at Srujna

Location: Mumbai, India

Reports To: Chief Operations Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and monitor programs to achieve organisational goals on time and within budget
• Develop impact measurement frameworks and report program outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team on proposals, reports, and grant applications.
• Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial transparency.
• Lead and mentor program staff, conduct team meetings and provide training opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance program delivery and advocacy.
• Report program activities, achievements, and challenges to the Impact Director.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, International Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management within the non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of program design, implementation, and evaluation. Proven track record of successful budget management and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software.
