Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of defense litigation experience with a main focus on reviewing medical records and drafting summaries for attorney's use
Excellent organizational and attention to detail are required
Knowledge of legal terminology and civil procedures recommended

Subpoena, summarize and analyze medical, radiology and billing records, and compile information to prepare final medical summaries/expense summaries
Working knowledge of the Texas/Federal Rules of Civil Procedures and Texas Statutes

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Draft and analyze legal documents, including discovery, pleadings and correspondence.
• Subpoena, summarize and analyze medical, radiology and billing records, and compile information to prepare final medical summaries/expense summaries.
