Job description
Handicraft Villa, a leading handcraft leather products manufacturer, and exporter, is seeking an administrative executive to join our team in Jaipur. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and able to work effectively. The ideal candidate should be a good coordinator among various departments and a quick learner of new responsibilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, maintaining customer service standards, interacting with clients and vendors, providing front office support, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Previous experience in receptionist duties and front office management

· Excellent customer service skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

· Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations

· Good organizational and time-management skills

· High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in any field or related field is a plus

· Bilingual in English and Hindi preferred
