Senior Healthcare Recruiter |US

We are a growing IT staffing firm located in New Jersey, USA looking to build our presence in the healthcare sector.

We are looking for a highly motivated healthcare recruiter with a hunter attitude to source candidates for the US healthcare market.

The candidate is expected to support the US market during the Eastern Standard Time(EST) hours with at least 60% overlap, the ideal setup would be 100% overlap, but we are flexible for the right candidate.

Location :

100% Remote - work from anywhere in India

Compensation :
• Top 5% of the industry and we will beat competing offers for top candidates
• Competitive Base Compensation + Gross Profit Share

Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree from a college based and accredited in India preferably in a highly science-oriented field such as psychology, nursing, science, or health science
• 7-10 years of experience working as a recruiter focused on the US healthcare industry
• 2+ years of Travel Nurse, physician, recruiting experience
• 2+ years of recruiting for hospital and related technology
• Excellent skills in MS Office suite
