Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Drafting and vetting of confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, loan license agreements, principal-to-principal agreements, export agreements, distribution & supply agreements, quality & technology agreements, technology transfer agreements, franchise agreements, and letter of intent (LOIs),.
• Redlining and reviewing the agreements.
• Reviewing legal agreements governing commercial relationships with third parties with whom the company has dealings.
• Reviewing the codes of conduct of various US and global multinational companies.
