We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior PHP Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our development team. As a Senior PHP Developer at Ecuzen Software, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust PHP applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet both client and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based applications and systems. Ensure code quality, performance, and security.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Code Review: Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing PHP applications to improve functionality and performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Suggest and implement improvements to development practices and tools.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in PHP development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP and experience with popular PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony). Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and understanding of SQL queries and database design.
Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment processes.
