Qualifications
4-year technical degree (i.e., mechanical, manufacturing or related) required and 6-8 years of experience in engineering role in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or equivalent with 15-20 years equivalent experience in engineering
Other Required Skills
Demonstrated application of engineering skills and problem solving techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with applied experience working in a team environment
MS office, knowledge of poke yoke, kaizen, lean concepts
Responsibilities
