Commercial Litigation Lawyer | Private and Government Clients

This position for a Commercial Litigation and Insolvency lawyer will offer you the chance to refinine your existing commercial litigation and analytical skills working on a raft of matters to truly develop your insolvency skillset..

The firm specialises in large scale, complex litigation as well as more discrete smaller litigation matters across a wide variety of jurisdictions.

Key Features of the position

The work is varied and offers the opportunity to develop expertise across voidable transaction claims, remuneration and priority issues, statutory compliance & stakeholder negotiations and restructuring & turnaround
Work on a range of commercial and insolvency litigation, including the preparation of pleadings, evidence and submissions;
Appear before courts and tribunals in the conduct of matters that you have the day-to-day management;
Develop your legal knowledge and skills in providing high quality legal services to our clients.

What the firm is looking for:

5 years onward + PAE in Litigation
Ability to problem solve and take on complex matters
Thrive in an environment where you work both autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
