Skills & experience



You will be a Banking & Finance lawyer at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level. You will be able to work part-time or full-time.



The role



This role is open purely as a result of growth. It will see you undertake corporate/leveraged/acquisition finance and property/construction finance. Working within a team of two (2) Partners, the wider group has six (6) transactional B&F Partners but in pods of 3-4. Those partners have 30% of the market spend in this area and service all 4 of the panel bank work (80% for major bank lenders; 10% for non-bank lenders and 10% borrower work).
