Commercial Litigation Lawyer | Upscale Sydney CBD Law Firm

Our client seeks a motivated and skilled Litigation Lawyer to join their Insolvency, Recovery, and Litigation team.

In this role, you will provide expert legal advice, manage complex insolvency and litigation matters, and contribute to the growth and success of the firm. This position offers hybrid working options and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Features Of The Position

$150,000 to $200,000 onward salary range for the right lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality legal services in insolvency, recoveries, and commercial litigation.
Demonstrate technical excellence in interpreting laws, drafting documents, and representing clients in court and mediations.
Manage complex and volume recovery matters with supervision, including interstate travel as required.
Maintain adherence to file management protocols and contribute to the firm's business development and practice improvement initiatives.
Participate in professional development, contribute to continuous improvement, and build strong client relationships.
