Maintenance Technician | Electrical Bias

Job description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading manufacturing business, who has seen extensive investment in both plant, equipment and their facility over the past two years. They are currently looking to recruit a Time Served Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join their team on a unique continental type shift pattern.

The plant is based on continuous process manfacturing consisting of mixing plant, ovens, cutting and painting equipment.

The ideal candidate will be time served and have at least two years experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment, covering both preventative and reactive maintenance.

Shift times will be 6-6 days and nights including weekends.

The salary for the role is £38670 plus 20% shift allowance (£46404) with the following bonus and package:

Guranteed annual service bonus of 2% (pro-rata on joining date)

5% Target bonus dependant upon performance of the site piad annually

5 weeks holiday plus bank holiday (built into the hift pattern)
