A counter sales executive at Dehradun jewellery shop, you’ll responsible to greeting customers and providing excellent customer service. Also, assist customers with selecting jewellery, answering questions about products, and handling transactions.
Job Responsibilities of Showroom Sales jobs in Dehradun:
• Welcoming & Greeting Dehradun customers
• Provide accurate information on our Jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services, weight and other details)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Ensure display are fully stocked
• Coordinate with the Dehradun showroom sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients
• Responsible for all point of sales activities in the Dehradun showroom.
