What You’ll Do:
• Sales Funnel Development: Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels to capture, nurture, and convert leads efficiently.
• Smart Prompting for Content Creation: Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, and others to generate compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with design and video teams to produce high-quality, engaging marketing content.
• Social Media Management: Strategize and manage social media campaigns to build brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
• Community Development & Management: Build and manage vibrant communities that drive brand loyalty and customer engagement.
• Project Management: Lead and manage marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• GoHighLevel Expertise: Utilize GoHighLevel for automating marketing tasks, managing CRM, and enhancing lead nurturing strategies.
• Business Acumen: Apply strategic thinking and business acumen to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and drive growth.
• Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, particularly in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience in sales funnel development and optimization.
• Strong skills in smart prompting with AI tools to generate effective content.
• Experience in community development and managing vibrant online communities.
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel and other marketing automation tools.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful campaigns.
• Business acumen with the ability to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
