Detail Job Description:

1. Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & Gujarati )

2. Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization

3. Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

4. Should be flexible to work in Night shift

5. Should have excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati
