Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of civil and commercial litigation cases from start to finish.
• Conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations.
• Engage in negotiations and settlements to resolve disputes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and court procedures.
