We are looking for a suitably experienced Property and Administration Officer to join the team. You will work with the Property Team on Council land and facility queries, managing information, and playing a key administration role in the management of Council’s property assets in accordance with Council Policies and other relevant processes. The position will also provide general administration assistance within the department.

The successful applicant will have:

Relevant experience and/or qualifications in administration roles, or related disciplines.
High level skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications, and ability to effectively use electronic record keeping systems, finance systems, geographic information system (GIS) and other related applications and processes.
High level organisational, administration and time management skills and the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations under conflicting pressures.
Qualifications required:

Current Drivers Licence (or ability to obtain one)
Working With Vulnerable Persons Card (WWVP) (or ability to obtain one)
Position Hours: Full-Time, 75 hours fortnight.

Salary range: $68,180.02 to $76,2++.23 plus superannuation
