Job Overview :

We are seeking highly analytical and detail-oriented Analysts for our client's Bangalore office.

The ideal candidates will have exceptional critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong aptitude for reviewing contracts and agreements to extract specific components.

This role requires precision, the ability to work independently, and the capability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Candidates must be available to work on-site 5 days a week and be able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities :
• Review and analyze contracts and agreements to identify and extract critical information.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of contractual obligations.
• Maintain and update documentation related to contract analysis.

Qualifications :
• Proven experience in contract analysis or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Immediate availability is required.

Location : On-site in Bangalore, 5 days a week.
