About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with manager to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers

2. Assist in developing and maintaining databases, and data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format and performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data

3. Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction

4. Assist in preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

5. Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party sources, and ensure the upkeep of databases and data systems

6. Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources

Requirements:

1. UG in any field with a liking for numbers

2. Strong statistical knowledge and data presentation skills

3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools is an added advantage
